Paris Air Show June 19th: What you SEE is what you CUT*© becomes connected and mobile

Delivering its NCEXPERIENCE roadmap, SPRING exhibited that ultra-mobility is now ready for NC operators/programmers in the shopfloor

As a first Worldwide preview, in front of US and French press as well as several key customers and prospects; the SPRING Corporate team ran a live demo showcasing the connection between work instruction sheets provided by NCSIMUL Player 9 showing on the latest Toughpad (tablet PC) FZ-G1 from Panasonic, (with the FANUC CNC 31i B5) on which the NC program was running.

This breakthrough technology brings mobility, ease of use and provides an instant access to the work instruction sheet, in context of the machining process.

For instance, when a part machining process requires a machine to stop allowing the NC operator to take measurements or to verify the machining quality, etc…- the right work instruction automatically appears on the tablet. Therefore, NC operators know exactly the tasks to be performed and do not spend any more time searching for process sheets.
